The National Union of Delegates of the Ministry in charge of Public Affairs and Governance of the General Federation of Moroccan Workers expressed its condemnation of the administration’s arbitrary decision to exclude most of the employees of the Laayoune delegation from participating in the educational seminar held in Marrakech.
The union pointed out that this arbitrary decision comes as a sequel to the series of exclusions and successive restrictions on the workers’ rights. The workers have been suffering from the ignoring and the unjustified intransigence in meeting their legitimate demands, considering it as " an ill-intentioned message that carries a lot of prejudice to the trade union ", according to the union’s statement.
The union’s executive office expressed its condemnation of this arbitrary decision and its solidarity with the protest vigil carried out by Laayoune delegation workers in coordination with the trade union center, using all the appropriate forms of struggle to address this exclusion as a key point in social dialogue with the government.
