The Rafidain Bank threatened to take legal measures against the employees and citizens indicating that the current year is the year of debt liquidation and the recovery of its rights.
The bank said in its statement that "the current year’s slogan is “the year of debt liquidation and the recovery of delayed dues” concerning the employees and citizen, who did not pay their loans and who will face the legal consequences”.
The bank called the government agencies and institutions to abide by their contract and to deduct their debt from the salaries of their employees according to the contracts and pledges, stressing that the bank will file a complaint against them.
It is noteworthy that the Rafidain Bank started granting the employees and the retirees and financial loans in accordance with certain mechanisms and controls over the last period and are paid according to a schedule set in advance.
