The Supreme Administrative Court ruled on Thursday to reject the appeals filed by the Minister of Social Solidarity and supported the ruling of the Administrative Court of Justice to add 80% of the value of the last five allowances to the variable wages of pensioners.
The case was filed by the President of the Pensioners' Union and asked for the integration of the five pensions to the variable wage of the pensioners. The court ruled in his favour, which called on the Ministry of Solidarity and the State Commissioners to appeal the ruling before the Supreme Administrative Court.
