The Tunisian Prime Minister sent a memorandum to the Ministers and the State Secretariat directorates to inform them of the decision regarding the cut of the public officials’ membership fees in favour of a number of trade union organizations for 2019.
The beneficiaries from this procedure are the Tunisian General Labour Union, the Union of Tunisian Workers, the Tunisian Labour Organization, the Tunisian Workers’ Union, the Federation of Transport Unions and the National Union of Lawyers and Judicial Cadres.
This procedure includes the workers of public institutions and enterprises, the state employees, local groups and the public institutions of an administrative nature. The employees have to submit a written request with the signature of the required papers from the trade union organization, so that the cut amounts of the salaries are transferred directly to the account of each organization.
