“Al-Bayda” Court of First Instance ruled last week to invalidate the legitimacy of the General Union of Teachers and thus invalidate any decisions issued by it.
The General Union of Teachers is the one that called for the teachers’ strike, which caused the disruption of the classes because of the non-implementation of the privileges of the teachers’ decision by the House of Representatives.
