The Egyptian security forces stormed Al Mesryoon” (The Egyptians) newspaper on Monday and detained the journalists and employees working there holding all files and trying to control the website of the newspaper.
It is noteworthy that on September 11, the committee on the reservation, inventory, management and disposal of the terrorist groups funds decided to confiscate the funds of 1589 people and 118 multi-activity companies and 1133 civil associations, 104 schools, 69 hospitals, 33 websites and a TV channel, where “Al Mesryoon” was among the confiscated websites.
“Abd Al-Mohsen Salama”, the journalists’ representative, promised to intervene and settle the problem, however, everyone was surprised by the storming of the place and the detention of the journalists.
