Dozens of employees of the National Agency for Real Estate, Cadastral Survey and Mapping complained about the way in which the general administration manages the partial retirement profile of the workers.
Some union sources stated that most of the retirees were surprised by the retirement payments, as there were large differences in the amounts received, although they had the same rank, age and efficiency. Moreover, this discrepancy in the pension payments forced the workers to contact the insurance company, but they received no answer or justification for these large differences, in addition to the agency's management disregard, which has further exacerbated the situation.
The National Union of the Agency for Real Estate Employees of the General Union of Moroccan Workers announced that it had submitted to the agency's management a request for an official meeting on 07 August 2018 to inquire about the terms of the supplementary pension. However, until now there is no formal response, thus, the National Union of the Agency for Real Estate Employees of the General Union of Moroccan Workers accuses the administration of being responsible of any defect in the calculation of the supplementary contract, asking them to address the pending issues in a comprehensive manner for all the employees.
