The authorities in the province of “Diyali” announced that an employee from the municipality of "Kanaan" east of "Baquba" was killed on Thursday by unknown gunmen after the theft of an amount of 20 million dinars.
The victim went with his brother (a farmer) to get the dues of farmers from a bank in the “Kemaliya” district of Baghdad when their car was attacked by gunmen, while his brother was unharmed.
The areas of the capital Baghdad sometimes witness the robberies of citizens by armed groups.
