The cleaning and services companies contracted with the “Karak” governmental hospital in Amman expelled about 50 workers and ended their contracts.
This measure sparked a wave of anger among workers who said that they had been deprived of their sole source of income, especially as they were committed to repaying loans they had received from the banks and were forced to face court cases that would end up with their imprisonment for non-repaying them.
