The Syrian workers in Lebanon are facing campaigns to pressure them by the Lebanese public security, which have also documented labor violations against the Lebanese sponsors.
The Lebanese authorities have asked the sponsors and institutions that employ Syrian refugees to lodge a complaint to the Public Prosecutor's Office of the area where the bail was documented.
The Syrian newspaper, “Al-Baath” revealed there is a lack of commitment by the sponsors towards the Syrian workers. It added that often the work of the bailed is changed in collusion with the sponsor or without his knowledge, and this is which usually happens in the case of the Lebanese who have fake institutions.
It should be noted that this new procedure coincided with a broad campaign through which the Lebanese authorities are returning Syrian refugees to the areas of regime control.
