Workers and employees of the Potash Company organized a protest on Wednesday, expressing their support for the strike called by the Council of Deputies on Wednesday in the Kingdom of Jordan in protest against the Income Tax Law.
Potash workers consider that they were concerned with the Income Tax Law, which threatens their purchasing power, announcing that they joined the protest rally organized on Wednesday in front of the trade union complex, in which thousands of workers and employees from many sectors and institutions participated.
Besides, since last week, the Council of Trade Unions has officially announced in press statements its adherence to the strike, after a meeting with the Council and the Jordanian Prime Minister, who refused to withdraw the bill.
