The public and semi-public technicians launched a national strike on Tuesday and Wednesday to protest against the government's disregard of their demands and not to engage in a serious and responsible dialogue with the National Technical Commission in Morocco about their demands, which they claimed in a number of national and regional protests.

Moreover, the technicians asked also for the integration of technicians of the 8th and 9th grade into the 10th grade, just like the other sections, as well as, the reclassification and promotion of the technical staff as the following: The 10th grade as state Technicians and the 11th grade as class “A” state technicians, as well as the acceleration in the direct integration and stopping the nepotism through which the files of graduate technicians are settled.
