A group of cargo workers at Beni Ansar port asked for the settlement of their pending professional and social status.
The workers raised banners during a strike, in front of the headquarters of the province of Nador, calling for the seeking of justice and stopping the oppression imposed on them. In fact, they worked for two decades without settling their legal status, stressing that they will continue their strike and protest until they meet their legitimate demands.
This strike comes at a time when the Democratic Organization for Labour conducted a series of dialogues with the regional authorities in Nador city, which did not result in any tangible results
