Algeria – Workers of the aluminum factory in Baba Ali district of the capital, who have been on strike for three days, refused to sit at the dialogue table with the companys management. Workers position came after the Chinese company rejected any form of negotiation earlier and that was the reason why workers went on strike and stopped the work at the factory. The increase in workers wages is the main demand, but it can not be done automatically. As it requires a study of the institutions financial potential to meet this demand for the 350 workers employed by the company, which would resolve all the points related to grants, night shift, specify the amount of salaries for workers according to the organizations real financial potential.
