Bahrain – A group of workers gathered with their children in front of the companys headquarters in the village of Janusan to demand their unpaid salaries for up to four months, they said.
When asked about the reasons for their sit-in, they pointed out that this is not the first time we resort to a sit-in to demand our delayed salaries, but unfortunately every time we get promised that this issue will be resolved but we end up getting paid nothing.
We have accumulated debts from each side and we can no longer go on without salaries, especially since most of us have families that spend money on them, while the companys disregard for our repeated calls is still going on.
We have continued with the Ministry of Labor and our efforts did not bring any positive outcome, as our suffering continues. The month of Ramadan is near and we have nothing to welcome this holy month with.
