Egypt_ The President of the General Union of Workers in the Private Sector Shaaban Khayfa confirmed that the current labour law submitted to the Legislative Department of the State Council has 60 observations, its articles contain contradictions, and contrary to other laws,he gave an example of Article 69 which states that the contract is indefinite, and then states directly that the contract is limited to two years, and therefore there is no employer to release a contract of employment for indefinite, which leads to a lack of security. We wanted for the state or legislator of the health insurance law to provide health insurance for day labourers and irregular workers (9 million workers), including 2 million daily workers and 7 million irregular, also the floating of the pound and the rise in the dollar price, made the worker when arbitrarily dismissed does not get his dues he added. He said that there are 15 thousand dismissed workers, and 175 thousand unsolved cases, and 400 thousand labour cases in the courts, I call on the President of the Republic to intervene and issue fair legislation for workers, since it is not expected to establish fair labour law in the presence of leaders who pass laws for the benefit of some businessmen he said.
