Egypt – Workers at Star Apparel Egypt Company in the free zone in Ismailia held a sit-in inside the companys headquarters to protest the delayed salaries and financial dues for about two months. Workers said that 280 workers are threatened with their families of displacement, because of delayed salaries. The workers confirmed that The Company is in a state of decline since 2012 after an investor bought the company, and recently saw a delay in the disbursement of salaries.
