Bahrain – 190 Bahraini families have been without a source of income for months, they have been promised to settle their issue at every meeting between the Ministry of Labour and the management of the real estate company they work in. They continue to go to work and make efforts in the companys projects despite the absence of income. In this regard, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour and Social Development Sabah al-Dosari said that the management of the company in its last meeting with the ministry promised to pay two late salaries for workers soon, hoping that the company will fulfill its promise, especially as this is the third promise they make. Al-Dosari praised the professionalism and patience of the companys employees, stressing that the ministry has no choice in the case of non-payment of salaries except to refer the file to the Labour Court. This is the last procedure we will resort to. We care to solve this issue in a friendly way with the management, especially that they have financial implications; however they can cover all salaries for citizens and foreigners from their share in the market.
