The French judiciary acquittedthe Moroccan railway workers who had been discriminated

The Court of Appeal in Paris upheld a previous rulingon Wednesday, condemning the exposure of Moroccan workers to discrimination by the French railway company during their work between 1970 and 1983.

Under this decision, the French company has to pay fines ranging from 150 to 230 thousand euros for each of the 800 workers who have been dismissed with no compensation.

It is noteworthy that between 1970 and 1983, the French company contracted hundreds of Moroccan workers but did not benefit from the benefits of working as European workers.
