A study on the conditions of the Pension Fund of the Medical Syndicate confirmed the need for immediate changes to the Funds system to avoid the destabilizing in its financial situation.
At the last meeting of the Medical Syndicate, it was proposed to raise the retirement age for doctors who are registered in the pension fund from 65 to 67 years. In addition,early retirement at the age of 60 was cancelled, as well as other social measures to help doctors to improve their living conditions.
