Morocco – twist mining company filed a lawsuit against workers who are protesting inside Sidi Ahmad and Agram Osar mines, and their representatives in the local office of General Federation of Moroccan Workers, the company is claiming two billion centimes, as compensation for their losses, which the company says it incurred due to protests underground and above. According to Abdel-Rahim al-Sahrawi, an officer in Istiqlal Union, the mining company has filed a complaint in gendarmerie center in the region of Tegaza, and included facts that have nothing to do with the protest, noting that it is a legal strike. He also said that the amount of compensation the company is claiming is huge. The company says that they suffered daily losses because of the strike of mining workers, which entered its fourth week.
