Morocco: Central-Danone workers continue their strike

Morocco- A number workers at Central- Danone in Jersif, have been on strike for several weeks, like the rest of their colleagues at the national level, after they were surprised by several measures taken by the new handling company, which  hit  a series of gains made by workers throughout their careers with the main company. Protesters considered imposing a set of conditions retrogressive and unfair to those who worked hard to get the company the fame that it enjoys now. In contrast to all the cities in the east and the rest of the country, the workers of the company in Jersif condemned the silence of the security and local authorities towards the unlawfully way taken by the company to distribute its product, except for an unrecognized certificate issued by the Regional Director of the Company that allowed other distributors to enter the city of Jersif. At a time when the aforementioned Director did not perform the same procedure at his residence in Oujda, as state authorities confronted him and prevented him from distribution until the settlement of the status of the companys workers according to protesters at the headquarters of the companys branch.
