Egypt- Giza Court rejected a report in favor of Cleopatra Suez Company against its workers and returned the case file back to the Ministry of Justice experts office to calculate the job risk allowance, overtime allowance, meal allowance and subsistence allowance. The workers of the company filed a case to claim these rights before the Court and decided to reject the lawsuit based on the experts report that they do not qualify for these allowances. The workers appealed the ruling before the Giza Court of Appeals, which issued a preliminary ruling by rejecting the experts report and return it again to the Office of Experts to calculate those allowances.
