Some time ago, the head of the electricity committee in Lebanon, Makhoul, announced the reopening of the road leading to the electricity company. A member of the Committee announced the end of the strike, thanking journalists and security forces and said, Today we sent a message and I think it has reached the component authorities, and we received many calls waiting for the real answers tomorrow, we presented to the Director General of Lebanon Electricity a copy of the bill, which he will submit to the Minister of Energy, and we are waiting for tomorrow. We are optimistic, our bill will be discussed at the first session of the parliament. In the Bekaa area, workers of the Electric Company at Rashaya ares cut off the road with burning tires, the union of workers at the Electricity of Lebanon has asked everyone to vacate the offices of the Foundation on all Lebanese territory, until the roads are open again. For his part, MP Ibrahim Kanaan called in a television interview «days labourers at to send their amendments to the House of Representatives», explaining that President Nabih Berri put the bill as the first item on the agenda of the legislative session, adding that he considered it essential and if there are any amendments we want them to send it to us. Kanaan said that the proposal of the bill got the approval of all blocks, saying that the proposal is not his project, that he signed it find a solution to their cause.
