Saudi Arabia – The Ministry of Labour tweeted on its official account on twitter that domestic workers are allowed to transfer to a new employer if the sponsor failed to receive the worker upon their arrival in the kingdom. Last Monday, the ministry on its Twitter account said that Domestic workers can transfer sponsorship under 13 circumstances.
