Lebanon – The security forces arrested Bangladeshi workers in the province of Dhi Qar for violating the residence conditions. The investigating judge decided to arrest them in accordance with Article (24 of the amended Aliens Act No. 118 of 1978), pending consideration of their cause in the coming hours. The Department of Residence in the province of Dhi Qar has announced in June, the deportation of workers from Bangladesh, for violating the residency and work laws in the province.
