Kuwait – Kuwait is heading to issue a decision to prevent the recruitment of workers under the age of thirty, they justified this decision by saying that it aims to regulate the labour market in a way that reduces the recruitment of unmarried and reduce the proportion of singles in Kuwait. President of the Kuwait Society for Human Rights Khalid Al-Humaidi said that any country has the right to regulate the labour market as long as it does not conflict with international laws and the provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. He pointed out that many countries have their own labour law related to the duration of work contract or specifying age, and Kuwait is not the first country to do so. Fahad Sulaymani, who employs two Asian domestic workers, said that he opposes this trend” Explaining that the ability of those over 20 and under 30 to work is greater than those who are over 30”. Kuwait has a population of 4,448,576, of which 30.4% are Kuwaitis and the rest are residents.
