Mauritania – Workers of Total – Mauritania threatened to enter into a strike, to protest against the administration who failed to respond to their demands. The demands included higher wages and an increase in the additional labour allowance, and emphasis on the need to respect article 37, which provides for equal pay, in addition to other texts.
