Saudi Arabia – The Criminal Court in Riyadh issued four verdicts in favor of four citizens against four domestic workers of different nationalities, requiring them to pay a total of forty-four thousand five hundred riyals for the benefit of the four citizens on claims that they refused to work. The security center for domestic workers in Riyadh police opened an extensive investigation with the four workers, namely: Naima Sri Lanka nationality, who refused to work with her sponsor after three months of recruitment, was obliged to pay eight thousand riyals for the sponsor, While Ayai Filipino nationality was obliged to pay eleven thousand riyals for the sponsor. And forced Romana Ahmed Ethiopian to pay the amount of fifteen thousand five hundred riyals in favor of a citizen who transferred her sponsorship recently, because she refused to work for him.
