Jordan: Employment Fund Terminate employees

Jordan – PM Khalid Al-Fanatse filed a memorandum to the Prime Minister asking about the reasons behind the termination of 23 female employees from the Development and Employment Fund who work under the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development. He pointed out in the memo that the employees were surprised by the decision issued 48 hours ago on the grounds that the project is over. He added that the terminated women employees have been working in the fund for five years and are supporting families with bank obligations, loans and duties. PM demanded to extend their contract for at least one year to arrange their affairs and not harm their families.
