Libya – The Tripoli Public Services Company announced the kidnapping of a number of foreign workers from Hani Office of Services. The companys media office said that the abductor came to the headquarters of the office asking for workers, and then kidnapped them and demanded a ransom of eight thousand Dinars in exchange for their release. The company warned that this could cause a strike by the rest of the companys workers and affect the services of the company that keep the of the streets of the capital Tripoli clean from garbage.
