Egypt- Workers of Sigma Pharmaceutical Company entered into a strike after a great deal of suffering with the companys management to pay their monthly salary due to be paid before the fifth day of the new month. . One employee said that if any worker complains he gets dismissed or suspended from work with a deduction of nearly 1,000 pounds from his salary. Another worker said that over the past months, 85 workers have been suspended for 15 days and 1,000 pounds have been deducted from the irsalary. He also said the company has followed this method for almost a year.
