Mauritania – Workers protested in front of the old youth house in the economic capital Nouadhibou to demand their rights after one month and 15 days of strike in the city. The protestors were surprised that a month and a half had passed since the workers strike, but they did not find supporters from the companies in which they worked. Workers demand annual leave and health insurance and better work conditions. They had been on a strike since July 3, 2017 and found no response to their demands, saying they respected the law in their strike.
