Palestine – Rescue crews at the Hajjah Civil Defense Center in Qalqilya governorate rescued construction worker after he fell from a building under construction in the village of Jinsafout in the east of the province. According to the Civil Defense’s report, the crews rushed to the scene in a building under construction to rescue a worker who fell off the building where he was working leaving him with serious injury. The director of the civil defense in the province, Lieutenant Colonel Yazine Yousef Omar, called on workers, contractors and workshop owners to adhere to the requirements of occupational safety and protection in workplaces and workshops and to take all necessary measures while working in dangerous areas in order to preserve workers lives.
