Algerian soldiers put three migrants from sub-Saharan Africa lined in circular form and ordered them to slap each other sadistically.
People condemning the disgraceful and sadistic behaviour of the Algerian army consider it as a clear violation of international conventions on the protection of migrants, who fled from wars and poverty of their countries in search of a better life in the countries of North Africa and Europe.
