Employees of the Jordanian-Indian Fertilizer Company in “Shidya” complain about the harshness of professional and social conditions, which forced them to enter into an open-ended strike until their demands are met.
Employees are asking for the improvement of their careers as they are like in other companies in terms of raising their monthly salary and paying a thirteenth salary, as well as the increasing of the value of the work gravity grant.
