A man of Arab nationality kidnapped seven workers from Dubai airport, after he was informed that they had been brought from a recruitment office in the UAE. He detained them for more than a week in one of the apartments before he could escape and inform the authorities, which arrested him.
According to researches, the accused used to impersonate as a representative of foreign workers recruitment offices. He was fooling his victims by forged contracts. He was able to seize money from many families, which were wishing to employ housekeepers.
