The demands of the workers of “Webriat Samanod’s company in the province of Al-Gharbyia” have not been resolved because of the administrations refusal to respond to them, despite the strike carried out by workers in the past period.
Instead of dealing positively with this issue, the administration approved the payment of the annual periodic raise starting from 2018. The workers considered that this decision did not meet the minimum requirements, including the payment of 165 Egyptian pounds, in addition to the cost of living and the raising of the incentive payment of development from 195 to 500 Egyptianpounds.
The workers agreed not to take the decision of the administration, which they considered as dodging, aiming at dispersing their unity and trying to divide them.
