In the absence of occupational safety and health, this week, “Mohammed Ahmed Mohammed Abdallah” (35 years), one of the workers in the electricity sector fell over the electricity tower in the city of Al Dakhla inWadi Al Jadid”, while doing maintenance work for electricity lines.
The worker was injured by rib fractures and bleeding in the abdomen. He was taken to “Al Dakhla” general hospital and provided with the necessary medical care. A report of the incident was released and referred to the Public Prosecution for investigation.
