Egypt’s Constitutional Court turned down an appeal

BRUSSELS— In an attempt to prevent migrants’ illegal flow, Europe intends to shut down borders, taking into account the continuous increase in immigration applications and resulting threat of young Europeans who joined ranks of the jihadists in Iraq and Syria.
Recent Frontex statistics showed that crossing borders illegally increased three times and rose from 100,000 to 274,000 between years 2013 and 2014.
The situation continues to deteriorate in south and east, noting that in one year, crossing migrants and asylum seekers in central Italy increased by an average of about four times from 45,000 to 174,000 and was doubled in Eastern Mediterranean by 50,000 and increased from 20,000 to 37,000 in Balkans at the border between Hungary and Serbia.
Venues for asylum began to gradually close in European Union, where Denmark tightened rules and Belgium reduced number of reception centers, while Germany and Sweden announced that their systems are facing a very difficult situation due to the influx of asylum seekers from Kosovo, and Turkey agreed to adopt certain measures to prevent the increase in fake ships that sail from coasts near the Syrian border carrying hundreds of passengers.
