MOROCCO: 17 AGRICULTURAL WORKER KILLED IN A HORRIFIC ACCIDENT IN TAROUDANT

Morocco – A traffic accident in Taroudant killed nearly 17 agricultural workers, and wounded about 10 all in serious conditions.

The pickup truck that was carrying the workers in one of the farming villages overturned on the road.

It is noteworthy that a similar incident occurred on Wednesday, 20 April, in Tidas district, about thirty-five kilometers from the city of Walmas, an incident that killed six women and led to a wave of protests and condemnation of the human rights conditions of agricultural workers who are deprived of all their rights.
