البحرين : إلزام لأوقاف الجعفرية بتعويض موظفة بـ 2847 ديناراً للاستغناء عنها

Bahrain – The major administrative court in Bahrain obliges Jaafari Awqaf to pay (2847) dinars to one of its employees who held a temporary work contract that lasted for four years and was dispensed from service.

The plaintiff filed a lawsuit saying that she began working at the Department of Awqaf Jaafari as a technical administrative in April 2010 with a temporary contract that was renewed annually, and in April 2014 the contract was renewed However, on (September 10, 2014 she received a letter from the Acting Director of Awqaf Jaafari management to notify her that her contract to be terminated  with effect from the date (September 21).

The court requested the annulment of this decision that was made by the Acting Director of Awqaf Jaafari and requiring them to pay compensation of 5758 dinars also demanded them to pay her leaving indemnity from the date of joining the work until the end of the last contract, according to Article 116 of Labour Law, which amounted to  2125 dinars.
