The Special Deterrent Force in Tripoli announced that its cooperation with the central security and the Sirte’s protection and security led to the arrest of those involved in the torture of the Sudanese workers who appeared in a videotape on social media.
The forces of deterrence stated in a statement on Facebook, the arrest of four people, involved in the torture of workers, burning, and videotaping them to send it to their families, in an attempt to put pressure on them and blackmail them with money for their freedom. They pointed out thatthe eight Sudanese who appeared in the video were liberated.
