The House of Representatives approved the draft law submitted by the government on organizing the elections of representatives of employees of the boards of directors in public sector, joint stock companies, associations and private institutions.
The draft law aims at conforming to the provisions of Article (42) of the constitution, which affirms the eligibility of employees in their share in the administration.The percentage of their representation in their councils is not less than 50 of the number of elected members.
